Question by Reaper: Congratulations Louisiana!!!!?
Louisiana just passed a law requiring people on welfare to pass a drug test. It has been a major debate on here. So I guess we can all sit back and see how the cost benefit ratio goes. Louisiana enacted the bill following the Health Care Act. Since many states can not afford to cut any more salaries now they are going to cut people off for being dependent on the state and using narcotics. What is your opinion on this????
