Help with how long the courses are and how much they cost. Is it worth it at the END?

Yes !

There are online counseling courses and it is really good that you want to join this field.

UK Open College is the largest online learning provider and it also offers counseling courses. See here: http://www.ukopencollege.co.uk/uocadmin/social-studies-courses-counselling-courses-c-213_153.html

They are offering other psychology courses also, you can check them too on their website if they interest you.

You would find all the necessary information on the above link or by exploring through the above website regarding duration, cost etc.

You can even call on their numbers to have a verbal information.

Good Luck!
