Sköl to youth center, adventure camp and Klug for their many contributions

Due to a concern in 1987 about adult and teen drug and alcohol abuse, the youth center was established. After three years of fundraising, the youth center opened its doors in 1991. By 2003, the nonprofit had moved to the Aspen Recreation Center.
