Question by MewmewCuppie: Will diversion program(Louisiana) for youth drug test for petty theft?
I never went to court, they just sent a letter 6months later after the crime happened. It’s a program for juveniles. I was wondering if they’ll drug test me on the first day I go there. which is tomorrow. I have been clean for 10days, hoping my system is cleared out since I only smoke 2-3 times a week. I’m only 90lbs and 5ft even, a small girl. I don’t know what is going to happen. Please help!!

No it is a non-drug related offence and they do not drug test in diversion programs besides for special circumstances. You are in the clear, since you probably have a high metabolism its probably already out of your system.
