Some one was saying drug use , addiction and alcohol abuse is really high in New Orleans ? Is that true ?

Is New Orleans really bad much higher than a lot of cities?

Well, there are two answers to this questions. There is a big crack and heroin problem in Central City, but it is probably on par with most major urban areas in the US. As far as alcohol goes, it is known as a party city. That’s why tourists come here.
