I know it was a long time ago, but I have never understood why or how he got re-elected. Was it the “don’t chnage horses in midstream” argument, or the smears against John Kerry, or what?
I don’t see the attraction of the man at all and am curious as to what people see in him.

Drug treatment programs help in fostering a healthier society. With every person treated for his drug addiction, there’s one person brought back to sobriety and productivity. Productivity that society will benefit from. It also follows that when one gets treated from drug addiction, his loved ones will be happier and this will cause ripples of positivity. Researches have also shown that drug treatment decreases instances of crime, abuse, and spreading of diseases such as HIV and AIDS, among others.
