There have been episodes of severe psychosis and hallucinations, as a result of drug and alcohol abuse. Deliriumm tremors many detox treatments along the way. Can a judge overlook these facts and continue to allow an unsupervised visitation schedule, without without getting a professionals opinion about his condition?
